Admittedly, I lost the email with which to communicate and therefore lost all means to communicate a change of address and request a refund rather than replacement. I had to buy a replacement battery to send the defective one back to them. which I purchased from them also. I understand the need for a paper trail but in this case it was extreme.	Overall Rating

Since it has been 1 1/2 months since I placed the order, I don't recall much of what the purchasing experience was like so I have marked most things as average except the placing of my order.
