SecureMart shipped it overnight!!! Then FedEx messed up with the delivery; I called SecureMart and guess what: they shipped another monitor and within 2 days I received it. I ordered a hard drive from SecureMart via 2 day mail (same state). A week and a half goes by and they didn't even ship it. I had talked to T., the Manager of Customer Service and Sales, to find out what was wrong. He was rude, so I canceled the order immediately. Too bad for them. This was a initial "test" purchase to make sure they were a reputable company. I'll be conducting my business elsewhere.	Overall Rating
