First they shipped the wrong product, then they would not ship the right one as requested, finally they gave a partial refund. Entirely their fault and I end up paying cash, and wasting hours of time, all for nothing. The product they sent did not match their own packing slip. I emailed Comp-U-Plus with a request to return the product and waited 5 days. They never responded. Finally I went on their site to get their telephone number and saw they had an online return process. I filled out the information and completed their instructions to the letter asking for the correct product to be sent. A day later I get a response to my first email asking why I want to return the product (when I already said in my first email). I respond saying I have already shipped it back, because they sent the wrong one, and that I would like the correct one shipped to me. Only got a partial refund in the end.	Overall Rating
