I am a generally skeptical buyer, and was nervous about ordering from BuyersEdge due to some negative reviews that I read on other sites. BuyersEdge had the second-best price on the refrigerator that I was purchasing (Frigidaire FGHG2344MP), but the other store did not seem reputable to me. At $1,624, with no tax and free shipping, BuyersEdge had a great deal when compared to Sears or Lowes. I placed my order on 12/19, and spoke with Justin and Erica over the next week to establish a delivery date. There was a slight delay due to the holiday weekend. Erica told me that it would arrive by 1/2 or 1/3, but the fridge was delivered on 12/31 by Moha Shipping, two days early. Mo was very careful with the unit, and ensured that it was delivered safely inside our home. Erica was one of the best customer service reps I have ever dealt with. She was friendly, helpful, and informative. I am very pleased with my experience with BuyersEdge, and thrilled with our new fridge. Overall Rating

Ordered a dishwasher on the 27th, same day got an email to call and schedule the delivery, called them no one answered (left a msg) no one ever called back. 9 days later called only to find out that the dishwasher is discontinued. Do not use them!!! Overall Rating

Purchased a Webber grill. Great deal and many parts to put together, but very detailed instructions and quality construction made it very easy. Unorthodox shipping methods--had to speak to delivery driver directly when scheduling delivery time. Number was given to me via customer service. Overall it was a good experience, especially since I saved approximately $300 off the grill compared to the leading hardware chains. Will definitely buy again from buyersedge and pricegrabber! I was surprised to see 4 really bad reviews for this company. My first purchased was a dishwasher in July 2010. I placed the order online and within an hour Tony called and introduced himself as my contact person. He gave me a direct number to reach him, went over my order, explained what I needed to look for when the product arrived (damaged box) and asked me to let him know if I was dissatisfied with any part of my purchase. All went well and so when my refrigerator died in May I went to their website for a replacement. Once again, they were terrific; this time I called to place the order because I had questions. I spoke with Anthony; he seemed knowledgeable and was very pleasant. He did ask me if I was interested in the extend warrantee. I told him “no” and there was no pressure to purchase it. The refrigerator arrived on time, in perfect condition and the delivery men even placed it in my kitchen for me. I will definitely continue to buy products from this company. Overall Rating

I ordered a Dyson DC25 all floors vacuum cleaner, and it was confirmed in the order cited here. Instead, I received a different model. There was no notice or communication about this. I called customer service and was on hold for 1/2 hour. I then hung up and called the sales number only to find out their office was closed, yet customer service made no mention of that but just kept me hanging. I emailed them and gave them until after the weekend to pick this unit up or I will report them to consumer affairs, as I see that others have had similar bait-and-switch experiences. I urge people to think twice about dealing with this company. Meantime I will go to a local store and buy my vacuum! Overall Rating

Don't even think about placing an with Buyers Edge. I placed an internet order for a grill on a Sunday, received a call on Monday trying to sell me add on items and an extended warranty. Buyers Edge informed me that I would be emailed a tracking number and to expect the item in 7 days. cool........... A week and a half goes by...no email. I called customer service, and after 20min on hold and another 15min to track down my order, I am finaly told "the item has been discontinued". I researched this particular grill on Weber's web site, and it is not discontinued. In addition, the website says PayPal is accepted but there is no PayPal provision in the checkout section. Try telling the truth! I can only hope he wasn't lying about charging my card! Thanks for a most dreadful customer service experience. Buy the way, you may want to remove the item from your website! Worst online shopping experience EVER! Customer service makes you arrange your own shipping with a sleazy shipping company of their choice. Dishwasher was damaged by shipper as he carried into our house, he refused to take it back with him. Buyer's Edge tells us it's up to us to work it out with shipper and won't give us refund if we use different shipper. Shipper as well as Buyer's Edge customer service no longer take our calls and we're stuck with unusable dishwasher, can't get our money back. Overall Rating

This was one of the best online purchase experiences I have had. The price of the applicance (Bosch Gas Range) was the lowest of anyone out there. The online purchase was seemless. The next business day, Buyer's Edge rep called and asked if there were any problems with the ordering and confirmed the information. The shippers called and text'd ahead to notify the shipment was on its way. The shipment arrived flawlessly, especially with the minimally incremental cost shipping upgrade package. They left the premise in just the same condition it was prior to arrival except for the fact we have a wonderful new applicance that we are thrilled with. Five Stars all around. Overall Rating

Bait and Switch! Called me and told me the Weber Summit S-420 model gas grill I ordered was a 2010 that was no longer in production or in stock. They then tried to get me to pay approximately $200.00 more for the 2011 model. First, I believed I was buying the latest model. DO NOT BUY THROUGH THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION, ESPECIALLY IF YOU WANT YOUR PRODUCT TO BE DELIVERED WITHIN THE NEXT 6 WEEKS!! THEY LIE. You will save yourself a world of frustration by going elsewhere. Ordered small frigerator: 1/10 Arrived DOA. Multiple phone calls needed just to get pick up scheduled. Multiple additional calls required to get new unit shipped. It is now 2/22 and I still have no fridge…but I’m promised it will ship in the next couple days, but I’ve heard that from these folks before, several times. :( I will never purchase anything from Buyer’s Edge, ever again, and if you’re smart, neither will you. I purchased a new Whirlpool Refrigerator online at buyersedge.com and the process was suprisignly very easy and smooth. I was very hesitant to buy such a large appliance and deal with the shipping and delivery logistics online. However all these hestitations were quickly addressed when I was provided with a direct phone number and extenstion to Steve, who would be handling all the logistics. After talking with Steve directly, he handled all my quesitons and concerns and provided me detailed shipping information and estimated delivery information. I never thought I'd write one of these reviews until today. While researching a new plasma TV I came upon the website from BuyersEdge. I checked out all the particulars including price, returns, customer support etc. That's when I decided to call. I got a customer sales agent named Steve W. He immediately began to work with me answering my questions and providing other necessary information I forgot to ask. His kind and friendly approach was quite refreshing. After a bad experience with another internet company which website said they had the product I was looking for in stock and 14 days later said they couldn't get it for me, I bought a 55 inch HDTV from Buyersedge and was very satisfied with the service that I received from Tommy Stevens. I was able to negotiate a deal which upgraded the shipping, added a four year warrantee and also included a wall mount at an excellent price. Tommy appears very knowledgable and there was no attempt of high pressure sales. Have not recieved the HDTV yet but so far my rating is 5 star. They upgraded delivery service for my trouble. I rescheduled with the rep & got a email rescheduling again without checking if the time will work for me. They showed a day early without notice. Left work on short notice. Delivery guys didn’t have tools for delivery and weren't aware of upgraded service. Lucky I had an appliance dolly. They scratch up the entrance to my house. I called for the delivery issues. It’s hard to get ahold of anyone & half the time they are rude. Said they could send me a water line for my trouble, that’s it! The price went down & I called & talked to Tommy. He told me the price match is at the time of purchase. He said he would get me an extended warranty, but never got it. My fridge was in good shape. I saved $300 or so. Honestly with time off work, frustration, & major shipping issues it wasn’t worth it! Overall Rating
