I requested this when I placed the order and followed it up by submitting a ticket through the web site also asking for this. I never got any replies from either attempt at communicating and I DID NOT get the code as advertised and had to wait for the shipment. Will never buy from you again. Eric Barnes	Overall Rating

A software download? A box/CD that needs to be shipped? An email with the license key with no explanation and I have to figure it out on my own? The tracking label is 9400110200793050271256. According to USPS, your package was delivered on 9/30. The product was packed in a brown bubble 9'x12' envelope. It fits in most mailboxes. Hope you can inform us immediately in the future if you have never received your package. So that we can place a trace with the carrier. It was custom built by JNCS. It is running Windows XP x64 edition. I do not want an upgrode. I wanted a full Windows 7 Ultimate disk without any limitations. They ship quickly and are observant of credit fraund (sometimes a bother). However, this order was not as described. I needed a key for XP Pro SP2 and got a key for XP Pro -- very first edition.
