Called after reading some reviews and they told me it was not on back order and was being sent directly from manufacture in one week. I didn't receive so called again and was told that it hadn't shipped but they had a few in inventory, they were supposed to call me and never did. Finally called them again was told they didn't have it and it was on back order, they asked if i wanted to cancel I said yes, I was told the credit would be within two days. 3 Weeks later still no credit I called my CC company and filed a claim. Shortly after I experienced Credit card fraud just like some other folks with reviews for this company. I would never do business with them again.	Overall Rating

Credit card compromised right after they charged my card. 6 unauthorized charges!! Company will not respond to emails or phone messages. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company. They also can not get a response from the company and have credited my card for the purchase price of the computer.I have filed a complaint with the BBB and ic3.gov.	Overall Rating

They don't return calls and do not repond to emails. The last word I heard from them was via email (about 3 weks ago). In the message "JVO" stated that they were still unable to get the tracking number or the name of the distributor. I asked for a full refund, but never received a response. Thus, I filed a fraud claim w/ my bank. WARNING!!! DO NOT CONDUCT ANY BUSINESS W/ CA COMPUTER CENTER!!!0	Overall Rating

I purchased a projector, and 30 DAYS LATER, someone finally picked up the phone in the SALES department, telling me, "Oh, its on back order from the factory." DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! All you need to do is google "rip off california computer" to get all of the information you need. I can't believe that PriceGrabber is keeping them as a vendor. And in doing so, makes all PriceGrabber vendor reviews dubious. Do not purchase from California Computer Center or California Cell.
