Told me they have in Washington and will ship out next day 2 day delivery and that they would email me shipping info and totals on my order. Recieved no e-mail and called back. Told me that the one they had in stock was used and that they sold out and I was out of luck. These guys are crooks that advertise pricing just to get your credit card number. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE or you will regret it. I am reporting them to the BBB and the states attourney.	Overall Rating

It has now been three weeks, my order has not been shipped, I have received no responses to my emails inquaring about the status of my order and everytime I have called no one has answered. Their website has the order status listed as "authorized" but it has been that way for a while. LACC's price is about $100 less than other sites are charging so I don't mind waiting an extra week or two to save that much money but I just wish they would be upfront and responsive about the status of my order. Even though price was higher I ordered because they said they had one printer in stock. 4-19 no printer, no email notice. I called and they said printer was out of stock. They said they called and emailed which never happened. I check spam daily. Very poor customer service compared to other companies on pricegrabber. I would never deal with them again.	Overall Rating

I sent them an email asking why, and I'm still waiting on a response. A couple of days later the same graphics card was listed for almost double the price. I asked the clerk to verify and he did after a short pause that I assumed he spent checking inventory. He replied yes, I asked him if he was sure, he again said yes. I asked him if I paid for 2nd day delivery would the item be shipped the following day. He again replied yes. This was on a Thursday.. Friday around 5:00pm I still had not received any word that my item had shipped. I called again and spoke to the same person. He apologized and said he would ship it that day and update me via email with tracking info. Nothing, no emails, nothing. On Monday I called again, this time I spoke to a different person. They offered to look up my order and get me a tracking number. They got back on and announced that the item was out of stock but they would ship it that Thursday!!! They lied, the inventory on their website is wrong, currently pursuing a refund.	Overall Rating
