Then I went to their website again only to find a new message saying there is going to be a 2 week lead time for the camera I ordered. So I had to write an email to ask about cancellation. No reply. Then in two days in a row, I tried to call them. Nobody answered even during office hours. My credit card record indicated they charged me the very day I placed the order. Aren't they cheats!
