New, fresh in the store plastic packaging. I got the generic battery and it fits perfectly in my HT-Tilt. They included Helpful Hints on battery charging. Complete invoice with all order details and toll free number to call with questions or problems. About half price of the AT&T store and lots easier. So, if you can just wait one or two days, this is far better than your local AT&T.	Overall Rating
