Yesterday I received my order and it was the wrong item. On the plus side, I spoke with a very nice lady that told me she would send a prepaid envelope to ship the wrong item back and that my ordered item was on back order. It is supposed to arrive to the merchant by February 20th. That had to be embarrasing. This was the first time I have placed an order with this company, so I will reserve my opinion if and when I place another order. I said delivery time was poor because the item was supposed to be in stock and wasn't. The wrong item they shipped arrived in great time. I eveluated back ordered notices as poor because I did not know it was on backorder until I called on the discrepancy. I said good on condition of order because the wrong item was in good shape., They need to improve (just my opinion)	Overall Rating
