It indicates that our mailing address has to be on file with our credit card carrier or there might be a delay in shipping the order. Very missleading. I called to cancel the olrder because I simply don't have the time to try and verify that information (not as easy as your message indicates) and I've never been asked that before and the card works fine only to find out that the order had shipped.
