Orders filled immediately, and very helpful customer service on the few occasions I've needed to contact them. For anything camera related I simply trust them to get me a good product or be able to help me should something not be right. Shipping times are fast and I loved receiving free shipping on my order! Not only was the base price of the product cheaper than anywhere else, but it's one of the few places I found free shipping on top of that.
