They are very professional, and if there ever is a problem, the company always does the right thing for the customer. I like coming to the Super Store, and I appreciate getting a salesperson on the phone when I need advice with shopping online. I have reached the point where I don't even look elsewhere. In the retail camera sector there are a lot of low-ball bait & switch types. It takes a long time to build a rep and a moment to destroy it. The net keeps honest people honest. B&H seems trustworthy. Generally can't find better prices any where else and I trust the quality of products from this merchant.
