When they say "Ship By: 5-8 Business Days" they mean it will surely NOT ship any EARLIER than 5 days!!! With electronic processing, and the stock being available, there is NO reason that it should take near that long. If you don't care that your order will not arrive in 2+ weeks, then order from here. But if you expect a *little* faster service than the slowest possible you can find, then this place is not for you! Spend $.25 more on the next rating down and you will get your product that much faster. I firmly believe that there price vs shipping times is a sham.	Overall Rating

The price listed on their website for an item I ordered was slightly higher than listed on PriceGrabber. They attributed this to a delayed pricing update on PriceGrabber, but to their credit, they were very friendly about this discrepency and were able to refund me the difference.	Overall Rating

It still ended up being a good deal. The only place cheaper (by $15) was not rated and I decided not to take the risk. Ordered 2 "in stock" items, supposed to ship in 48 hours but took 6 days to ship & Neutron (N) wouldn't upgrade shipping service. Box arrived MISSING 1 of my 2 items due to "warehouse error" - N didn't have my second item! Called N to cancel unreceived part of order & N would credit me only $1 out of the $7+ "shipping & handling" charge. I purchased a hard drive from Neutron, but ordered USB when I should have ordered firewire. I received the USB drive, and returned it back to them immediately. I ordered the correct part and was told that my account would be credited with the USB drive. There was a fee for restocking - No problem. Here's the problem, they didn't credit my account until I called them 45 days later. Good thing I keep my eye on my credit card charges.	Overall Rating
