I've never had a problem with the inks ordered from them. This time delivery was a lot slower than my experiences before. Rather than ship the next day, it took them 5 days to ship this time and they didn't email me when the shipment went out. I had to call them. In the past I've always been pleased with how quickly I've received the merchandise. I was desperate for the ink this time, so placed another order order with Staples and received free delivery the next day.	Overall Rating

In the next to last order, three mistakes were made. In the last order one mistake was made (sending a product that was not in the original packaging).
