The first one worked great for seven months and like overnight it would not hold a charge or even allow power to pass through on straight AC power. The second battery lasted a month. It would not hold a charge but would run on Ac power. The AC adapter #DRAC5101 Universal laptop adapter did not snap tight from begining but we stuck with it until the second battery went bad because it would just fall out some times and did not fit tight. the #23 adapter fitting is the one we use as recomended. Therefore we are sending it back and purchased the #AC-C27 to replace the universal AC adapter thinking it may be the problem not getting a good connection & running battery down. I hope this fixes problem. Your people are going to replace battery & the Universal adapter for the #AC-C27. Replacing both of the originals.
