Then I had to return my adapter (wrong connector end). Not only was the RMA request painless, the rep helped me find the exact part I needed based on my verbal description, and it was less than half the price of the next store. tampa2pac from FL Member Since: 01/13/2009 View Member's: Reviews	1st time using them placed order on thursday for 2x ps3 lenses order said processed then friday processed then saturday was queued then again monday processed then tuesday its processed when tuesday or wednesday it should be here..these are for my customers repairs that i told would be done no later then wednesday...call the company to ask what is going on chinesse guy tells me a guy came in friday and bought the last 100 from them...so i say why where the lenses i bought sold friday to a walk in he said uuuuuhhhhhhhh uuuuhhhhhh cause they where i then asked when will mine be sent out when ever ares come in ...well why would you sell something that had already been ordered ...i dont know...why wasnt my order changed to backordered to give me notice i dont know ...this company is unorganized and is having things drop shipped sounds like from hong kong..so dont expect there web site to be right..there a fraud web site company...there owner is the only person that answers phone lol	Overall Rating
