I was told someone would call me back in 5 minutes. 2 hours later someone called me back to explain that my order was on backorder. I paid for 3 days shipping meaning I needed this product right away and it is 3 days later when I call and find out I will not be receiving the product unitl the stock comes in. Why on earth would I pay for speedy shipping and not be informed that my product is backordered. Bad, bad customer service. I cancelled and still have not rec'd my email with the refund confirmation... very unhappy with this company. Retailer Response (10/10/2007): We made several attempts to reach this customer regarding the backorder, but she did not respond until after a week. To compensate for the time lossed we even offered a alternative product with free overnight shipping at no additional cost. However customer was not satisfied and was given a refund.	Overall Rating

The credit date should not require a slash / I had to key many date combinations before it would work. No other site has date keyed this way.
