I was able to easily compare different manufacturers products and pricing on the site. Information provided was relevant and enabled an educated decision. Ordering process was very streamlined, shipping costs easily accessible and payment options varied. I was very pleased with my online shopping experience with UniStorage. I received a call from a UniStorage representative the day after I placed my order. I was informed the product ordered was now discontinued, I was given a model number for a replacement product, however I have not yet re-ordered a replacement. The CS rep assured me they had 15 in stock ready to be shipped. I ordered the item IMMEDIATELY on the website, which was a time sensitive order that I paid for rush shipping and processing, and assumed all was well. 5 hours later after I had left my office for the day and there was no more chance of having an order shipped overnight they called to tell me the item is out of stock and they don't expect to get it in for another month. Then have the nerve to ask me if I'd like to wait!! Clearly a bait and switch move trying to get me caught up and waiting for them to order it. Buyer beware!!	Overall Rating

Then four days later I get an email saying the product is out of stock, when their website shows it being in stock ready to ship the next day. The only difference, the price went up $70. They cancelled my order without talking to me first and when I called them, finally got through, I was told my credit card would be refunded in about a week. So they get my money, interest free, for over a week, I have to pay interest on it and I don't get what I ordered. Nice! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.	Overall Rating

After four days I did not receive an email about the order being shipped. So I called and after getting hung up on once and put on perpetual hold 3 other times I finally got through to someone. She told me that what I wanted was backordered for at least two weeks. So not only did they not bother to tell me, they charged my credit card weeks before they ever intended to ship. The two light items came from two separate places. Only after a phone call did I find that the wire was obsoleted and would not come at all. After 3 phone calls I have yet to receive my refund but they claim it has been sent to the credit card company. What's worse is that they say the refund will include only about $5.00 for the shipping, whereas, the shipping cost of the wire alone on the site was $15.41. The "bait and switch" part of the scam is that the wire that I ordered is still "available" on the site for the next sucker. It was a very good price -- too good. The bottom line is that they charged me $18 shipping on items weighing a few ounces and refunded $5 for an item weighing 4 to 5 pounds which is on their site but not available. Do not buy from these guys.	Overall Rating
