Order status page shows no indication my items have been mailed. I opened a support ticket on their website on February 17th inquiring as to the the order status and never heard any reply. Furthermore, on March 20th, I form-submitted a request for a status update and on March 23rd I called and left a voice mail asking the same questions. Over a month and a half have passed and aside from an initial automated e-mail, I have received ZERO communication from Teptronics.com. They accepted payment, haven't delivered anything, and aren't returning calls/emails/support tickets. Avoid them at all costs, or you'll be sorry too.	Overall Rating

Finally spoke with a Live person, only to find out that the product requested is still on order from the manufacturer, despite being told the product was in stock and ready ship when the order was placed. Tried to call support and but they told me the only way to contact support to track package is via email. The "click here" online chat button is a dead link. Please NO ONE out there do any type of buisness with them, they are the worst company in the world to try to do buisness with. There is NO communication with them and I truly feel that they are just a big SCAM, they really have not merchandise but they still try to sell things. I usually avoid purchasing from businesses I don't know much about but being able to call made me feel more comfortable. It would have been helpful to have the photo of the car audio and more descriptions though. They offered similar items at the same price which I accepted and my order was shipped. I received the tracking info the next day and my stuff was delivered as expected.
