Worst service ever! I ordered meds on Set.4th. My $73 was taken on the very next day. I didn’t receive my meds till Oct.20 and cancel the order; I had to allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on my credit card statement. Nothing from Planet Rx appeared in my credit card statement after 2 billing cycles. They just stole my money. Overall Rating

My problem is similar to other reviewers: an "in stock" item with "24-hr" shipping was charged a day or two later to my credit card, and now two weeks have passed with the dreaded "warehouse processing order" message displayed, along with instructions that the order cannot be canceled once it reaches this glorious status. Several messages sent to Customer Service through their system are thus far unanswered. Most review sites from mid-2011 forward report shipping delays of several months, if at all, with no way to contact the company. ALL reputable companies report delays BEFORE applying charges, and allow for cancels. One wonders if a Chapter 11 is in the cards. Avoid. Overall Rating

As I've only just ordered, I am rating the ease of ordering. Which is good. I would have like to have seen an expected arrival date for my shipment upon checkout and I'm hoping an email confirmation will be sent with phone numbers as I was not able to locate one during the order process. I would have like to have checked on the arrival date before I put in my payment information. Overall Rating

You can place orders, but they take your money and do not send your product. No one answers a phone. No one answers email. Although I did recieve an automated response from customer service telling me no one monitors customer service email and do not respond. If anyone wants to learn from my mistakes, never be tricked into buying from this invisible institution. It is just throwing your money away and it just toasts me that someone out there is getting rich scamming me. Overall Rating

I placed the order 10/11. I have received no notification from PlanetRX whatsoever. I've emailed them 3 times so far and requested the order be cancelled and my money refunded - no response. Yet, PlanetRX displays on their website that pricegrabber gives them a 4-star rating. I would have given them no star had that been a choice. Their customer service is woefully inadequate! A full month after placing my order before shipment. 12 weeks and still counting, and my order is still incomplete. Promised delivery of missing item within 1-2 weeks, but that was over a month ago. Now it's out of stock waiting for supply from distributor. No contact phone number, and email, customer service takes weeks - if ever - to get a reply. Overall Rating

The worst company I have ever dealt with online. I placed an order 10 days ago that I needed quickly. I have never received any correspondance from them and have emailed customer service numerous times for a tracking number. My credit card was charged immediately but no order has been shipped yet. When I placed my order it was in stock so there is no excuse. There is a web page put up by an attorney with page after page of compliants against this company. Some people waited 2 months without getting a refund or a response to their emails to customer service. There is no way to contact them via phone. Customers need to report this company to the Federal Trade Commission. They just simply don't care about their customers. I beginning to think they are in the business of "floating money" ....it is ridiculous that people have had to wait for months for a refund that are simply trying to cancel their orders due to non delivery. The only customer service is via their web site - no phone service. One item shipped at the 30 day mark. The remaining two items have not shipped and it is now 48 days after the order was placed. All I want to do is cancel - but multiple requests have been ignored. PlanetRx is well over FTC 30 day rule - but will not cancel the order. Overall Rating

DO NOT buy here !! Everything on their site says "available", but it is NOT ! Waited 6 weeks for my order & contacted them 4 times - NO JOY - still not shipped. They continually encouraged me to cancel the order & when I finally did they said it would take 30 - 60 days to credit my Discover card. There is NO WAY to contact them other then via email & after you request a refund, the emails are no longer answered. Order was placed 8/12 and it's now 9/28 with no product or refund !! I would give them ZERO stars if that were possible in this rating system. Overall Rating

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! I helped my elderly dad place an online order for his denture adhesive on Aug. 31. Dad's credit card was charged immediately! As of today, Sept 14, no product, confirmation email or communication of any kind has been received. I checked his account online and the status is listed as "Warehouse Processing Order", as it has been for several days. I tried to call to inquire, but there's NO customer service by phone for existing orders. I sent an online message but got no response. I then tried to cancel the order online, so I could re-order from a more reputable site, but of course PlanetRx won't allow cancellations of orders with "Warehouse processing order" status. My only choice is to have my poor old dad call his credit card company to get his money back. I feel even worse because I'm the one who convinced him it was generally safe to order things online. There are many reputable online companies out there - this is NOT one of them! Overall Rating

HORRIBLE customer service. I should've read other reviews before shopping with them! They charged my credit card immediately and after more than 2 wks, still no shipment and no word from them. Weblinks to cancel order never take you anywhere useful. If you call, they tell you they cannot cancel over the phone. But, I pretended I was placing a new order and someone did tell me they would cancel the order. We'll see if I get my refund. Overall Rating

Placed an order on 5/2 & was charged IMMEDIATELY. 10 days later, when I still had not received my order, I attempted to contact the merchant. NO telephone customer service. Had to file complaint online & wait 2 days for a response. Was told that some of the items were on backorder. Asked why I was being charged for things they didn't have & was told that was the warehouse policy. Recieved 1st shipment, 14 days after placing order. 2nd shipment, 20 days after placing order, & still have not recieved 3rd shipment, although I was told it was on its way 3 weeks ago. 45 days later, I still have not recieved my complete order. I have requested that the remainder of the order be canceled & was told it would take 3 days to get approval from management & 1-2 BILLING CYCLES to receive my refund. I have used PlanetRX in the past & been satisfied. Based on their current customer service, I think they may be on the verge of going out of business...this will NOT happen again...I'm done!!! I am very angry about the package I received. It is deceptive, not anything like what I ordered, I called and finally found someone to talk to. I am returning this horribly overpriced merchandise. I am waiting for a return label. I will never, ever buy anything from this merchant again. You are a fraud and totally dishonest. You need to change your way of doing business. This is the worst company I have ever done business with. I placed my order on March 30th. They did not tell me the items were backordered. When I checked online, it said the warehouse was processing. I then saw that the items were on backorder. I tried to cancel and the system would not let me. I called the company and the only way you can speak to anyone is to punch the number for placing orders. The individual that answered was very unprofessional. When I told him that I wanted to cancel he put me on hold for a very long time. He finally came back and said that he would try to cancel my order. Who knows when/if they will refund my money...yes, they did charge me the day the order was placed. Quite an unethical business! Overall Rating
