Credit Card charged 9/6 for item that has never been received. I wish that I would have read these reviews on PriceGrabber about monstertoner.com before ever ordering from them. It looks like this is a common issue. They have never given me a satisfactory answer to my email inquiries, they simply thanked me for asking a question. Overall Rating

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They sent a defective cartridge. They will not reply to email. I have not been able to reach them by phone, and have not gotten a call back from VM. Total waste of money. Read their other reviews. Monster Toners is a monster ripoff. Overall Rating

Toner arrived in a leaking container. Also shipped with a new drum. Combined the two and got toner-loaded printout, and toner sprinkled onto the new drum. Received a timely RMA by e-mail, but I'm not sure the lady receiving the complaint by phone who issued the RMA spoke English well enough to understand the complaint. Sent everything back 2/5. Will find out how well it's handled, but I'll never buy from them again. Overall Rating

They shipped me a defective cartridge. I called to get a RMA and the lady told me that I would have to pay for the shipping charge to return this defective cartridge to them. Every other online toner company has paid for me to return defective cartridges when I needed to. Overall Rating

First, we ordered 3 toners from them on a buy 2 get one free deal. That was on November 20th. A couple weeks later we hadn't received them so we emailed them (the only way to reach them) and eventually 2 of the 3 were sent, arriving 3 weeks after the order was placed. We informed them that one of the cartridges had not been shipped and after REPEATED emails we still have not received the other cartridge. Eventually they stopped replying to our emails and are now ignoring us. This outfit is a fraud and a scam in my opinion. Overall Rating

I purchased the high yield cartridges and after approximately 250 prints (mostly black and white) the cyan cartridge was empty. Now the yellow. MonsterToners wouldn't even comment on the problem. Don't purchase from them as I believe they are running a scam. Overall Rating

I have purchased many times from MonsterToners over the last few years and have always been satisfied with the service - until now. I ordered a Dell 1710N toner "remanufactured" - and there was toner all over the inside of the box! So - I sent them emails asking for RMA information and never received a response. Yesterday (1/20) I called their number - and got disconnected several times. So, today, I called again, and - it's been disconnected. Not promising at all! Overall Rating

My original cartridges recently ran out of toner and I just attempted to install the MonsterToner color cartridge into my HP Color Laserjet 2550L printer. The MonsterToner cartridge jams in the machine and will not work. The original and MonsterToner cartridges appear identical except that the MonsterToner cartridge is missing a plastic tab looking on the left side of the cartridge once installed in the printer. As the printer carousel rotates, the MonsterToner cartridge appears to slip out of position and jams the printer. MonsterToners did not respond to my request for help. Overall Rating

My usual supplier of toner and drum units (remanufactured) did not stock the drum for one of my new Brother machines, so I decided to try MonsterToners.com. So far the first toner "exploded" according to one person in my office, the other lasted 3 weeks when they usually last about 3 months. The third makes an odd clicking sound. I called once but it was after the 30 days they allow for returns, but they suggested I could send the first one in for a replacement. After the other two toners did their things I called daily for a few days and only got voicemail. No calls back. Overall Rating

replacement toner cartridges damaged my hp2550n printer, necessitating repair. When I contacted MonsterToners, they claimed that they would make the decision whether or not the cartridges were defective. I was on the hook for shipping both ways, a 25% restocking charge, and the cost of repairing my printer. Make sure you get a 100% no questions money-back guarantee, or the vendor isn't reputable. Paid for a 'compatable high yield toner', what I got was a used, empty toner cartridge. Yes, I expected it to be a refilled toner, which means used, but I expected it to be 're-filled'. It still has blue toner dust from a previous installation (this was a black toner cartridge). No answer to emails, no calls, zip-nothing. This was outright theft. Overall Rating

this was an experience not unlike similar vending experiences using the internet. i was not disappointed nor confused with the page layouts with the following exception....the 'buy' or 'purchase' button that is used to complete the pruchase was marked 'shop'. i didn't know whether or not this was the right button for purchasing or if i should only use it to continue to shop for more items. i like the simple 'add to cart' and 'click to checkout' styling that is used by many other web sites.
