They clearly pointed out the versions of software included; unlike others who are dumping older versions on the unsuspecting purchaser. Honesty and integrity won me over. Update- I never received shipping information. 3 requests for an update on the order status went unanswered, then the emails were returned as "undeliverable". Phone messages were not returned. After 6 days since ordering, the webpage "ipaperlessoffice.com" was for sale to the highest bidder. I spend days in emotional distress because my Discover card was charged 3 days after my order which resulted in my having to consider canceling my account knowing this business had all my personal information. 7 business days later my order was delivered. Yet, the domain is still for sale. I will not order from this company again.	Overall Rating

Wanted to return or to exchange , and I can't get an answer from them . Almost 2 weeks ago , they said they would have to check with Kodak to authorize the return which is weird.
