karengrisko from unknown Member Since: 01/12/2012 View Member's: Reviews	tried to order this am, could not have it shipped to a store to avoid charges, closest location is 1&1/2 hr round trip. spoke online w/rep who said cant ship to store to save shipping and didnt know if i ordered it when in store if would ship free. then tried to place order online, would not "continue" called, and was on hold for over 5 minutes to find out website was down. like your store, web ordering took me over 1 hour (kept trying, which means re-typing everything!)
