The price was good but the printer experienced a lot of jamming problems. It appeared that this used printer was a lemon purchased off of the lease. It took months to get greatprinterdeals.com to call us to try to resolve the issue. It was six months before they agreed to a return. The printer was returned to them last fall. I received no notification that they had received the item. After contacting them through email again, I received a nasty email from a salesman that they would deduct 75% for a restocking fee. This later was rescinded to 15%. That was October 2009. To this day, I have received no refund. The owner, Russ, has sent me email (he will not communicate on the phone) a couple of times that payment is on the way but it appears that they have no intention of refunding our money. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau in Chicago for help.	Overall Rating
