I left several messages and sent several emails. I agree that this company is a complete scam and should be blacklisted. I will file my complaint with the Attorney Generals office and the Consumer Protection Agency. I will also include pricegrabber.co in my complaint, as you still continue to list them. What a scam! No further communications, no merchandise 13 days after order. Calls or emails unreturned. Blackball and remove this company from PriceGrabber. They're crooks! Retailer Response (12/14/2009): Order has been delivered on the 14th via UPS on the 8th day after order , there was a brief delay due to backorder on one out of 4 toners. It is 10/22/09 and only have received a notification that the USPS has received a shipping notification. I contacted USPS and was informed they have never received a package to ship. I requested an explanation through Printing Supplies Shop Online Chat feature and have left a voice mail requesting my products. I really need these cartridges. Please advise they will be sent or just cancel my order and I will purchase elsewhere. Thanks. Retailer Response (12/06/2009): Once our customer has informed us of non receipt through USPS we have shipped a second set which was delivered on the 22nd actually the same day this was posted. USPS tracking doesn't update like UPS or FEDEX and will show that the information was received regarding shipment. in our experience, most of the times the shipment information updates when the package reaches to a major facility nearby facility at destination or it actually gets delivered. But I am very unsatisfied with their "customer service" - if there's any, because I have not actually gotten any response from them for my emails and calls. 2 months after I placed my order and still hadn't received it, I sent them emails and left VMs asking if I could just ask for a refund. I got no response from them for my emails & VMs whatsoever. All the sudden, I received a package with my order and the invoice enclosed in the box said the order date was the date I contacted them last time---few days ago. I received my order 3 months after I placed my order, but frankly, I asked them for a refund because I no longer need them from them. I mean, after 2 months I placed the order? C'mon. It is now the 19th of this month and I have yet to receive a an email with a tracking number! I have tried calling them and it always goes directly to an answering machine, where I have left a message, but they didn't return my call! This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with in all my years shopping online! Retailer Response (09/09/2009): We try to respond to all our customers immediately via email or phone. The reason the product wasn't shipped because the item our customer ordered has been discontinued since. We have emailed our customer letting her know of the situation and her order has been canceled and the charges have been refunded.	Overall Rating
