I live near texas, so the shipping arrived fast, but the good thing about my shopping experience, its the customer support, I had many questions about the printer, an HP 1320N, they solved my questions and then I shop using the website, I love their website, and the quality of the printer is perfect, it seems like new, it smells likew new, no scratches, etc. Thanks Overall Rating

"BEWARE" Placed my single $2,500.00 printer order on the web, 10 days later I called for shipping status and tracking info. She told me that she had no order on file. I showed credit card charges and had e-mail confirmation of order. They offered no compensation for their oversite. 4 days later received printer with no toner cartridges. Check web site, "WARNING" most of their printers do not include toner. My printer the toner was an additional $1,200.00, so the discount I thought I was getting was bogus. After installing toner cartridges, now found the network backplane is faulty. Not resolved as of yet. Also found on credit card statement I was overcharged $160.00. UNSATISFACTORY!!!!!!!!NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!WARNING!!!!!!!!!

If you are in the state of Texas or shipping to Texas you will be charged state tax on tangible products. Item showed in stock on line at Printer Depot, orderd on 3/18. A week later, I phoned on the status-Printer Depot informed me they had a PO waiting for the plotter belt from HP. I had already been on line with HP before I placed the order with Printer Depot as HP did not have any in stock, thus ordering from Printer Depot. I was informed by Printer Depot they would locate one from another vendor and ship it 3-4 day service. (I should have requested 1 day service). I received it on 3/27. Overall Rating

Ordered 2 printers from this company. The printers themselves are fine, but the day after I ordered them, I received a shipping confirmation estimating delivery for a week later. One week later, still no printers. Called them up and apparently even though their website said the printers were in stock, they weren't there. The printers were still sitting in there warehouse. I asked them to meet me halfway on the shipping, because I needed the printers quickly. They said overnight shipping was $160 which I would have to pay all of. Wouldn't help at all. Very unsatisfied.
Retailer Response (04/10/2008): I apologize, yes we were out of the paper trays at the time, but in the end we delivered a great working product and we now have 100 complete units in stock.

very dissatisfied. poor service overall. the website did not state clearly that i was getting a GENERIC REFILLED catridge. if i had known this, i would have never gotten it in the first place!! customer service was nasty and not helpfull. let amex handle these dishonest merchants. now they added 'generic' in the product description, however it wasnt there before. merchant is dishonest. shop elsewhere!

Each of our toners come in either compatible(new third party) or new oem(original equipment manufacture) which are clearly marked on the web-site. Both options come with a 6 month warranty and if they are not satisfactory you can call or email us for a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. This was a painless process and with the exception of the billing as the final order confirmation did not have the tax included so what I thought was the price was not complete.

While I am totally impressed by the time it took them to deliver my order, I was shocked to open the box and find out IT DOES NOT INCLUDE TONER CARTRIDGES. Those cost around $300 altogether (more than the printer!) and I would NEVER have bought it if I knew I will be getting a lemon. Nowhere during the checkout process did their website warn me about this. I intend to return this product and NEVER buy from these guys again. What a waste of time and money. So frustrating!!!
Retailer Response (05/02/2008): Our printers do not include the toner but we do sell the consumables at a low price with a 6 month warranty which are offered below whatever printer you are looking to purchase. The website is clearly marked with easy to use options of different items to go with your purchase.

Ordered item on 02/26 and paid extra for 3 day delivery via FedEx. They charged me for a 66lb pkg, even though it was shown to be a 22 lb pkg. On 02/26 I rec'd a notice from UPS with tracking that it was being turned over to them, even though I paid extra for FedEx 3 day ground. When I checked UPS tracking today (02/29) they show they have not picked up the package yet (and I'm expecting delivery today). I called Printer Depot and they tell me UPS will pick it up soon and that once it has been turned over to UPS I'll get it within 3 days! This is crazy! I had to cancel, as I've been waiting on this printer to replace one that went down and I can't wait another week!
