If you would like to re-order you may do so, I apologize for the inconvenience". When I went back to re-order, the price had increased by $20. I left phone messages and wrote emails with no response. I finally got someone on the line and they said thay had no idea why that happened, and that only Phil, the owner, could take care of it, but that he only comes in for an hour or so every couple of days. She actually said 'I can't help you; if you want to badmouth the whole company because of it, go ahead". Obviously, not worth doing business with this company.	Overall Rating

They represented themselves on pricegrabbers.com as a seller of new equipment. What they sent me was a used, broken printer. We not only had to fix a plastic part, but we found out later, upon installation by our technician, that over 20,000 sheets had been run through it. The only reason that I am keeping it is because we had destroyed the box that it came in, and because it is a hassle to return equipment of this size. I can only hope that it is not a complete lemon with further problems down the road.	Overall Rating

And don't be fooled by the fake concern that you get when you call them on it. When I opened the box I imediately got a feeling that something was not right but and I went ahead and set up the HP L7780 printer. A month latter after calling HP tech to help with a technical problem, the rep informed me that the machine I had was over a year old and registered to another person. When I called Officetronics, they assured me that they had no idea that the unit was used and if I sent it back to them they would imediately ship me a new printer. Another lie. After several phone calls I was informed that my credit card was credited a full refund. That was not the aggreement. This company should have fraud charges brought against them. I will contact the Attorney General's office to see what my options are. Don't be fooled with all of the good reviews of this company. I would not be surprised that they write thier own good reviews. The HP 4730XS was a good pick for our office with Stapler built in. I would have not known abuot this model had Officetronicsnot recommended it to me. I looked around and there sales guy did really give me the best price on the internet from reputable dealers. I know we can all go around looking for the lowest price but reputable dealers online are hard to find. There prompt service on deliverying our LCD and Printer next day prompted me to finally write a good review about them. I have met with the owner of the company who is always a delight to see and chat with. There store is nicely organized and offer's a wide selection of products.
