Not a reputable company...ordered a stove on 9/7 and told 2-3 weeks and thereafter at least once a week (after the first 3 weeks) I would be told "all is okay" and they will get it that week and have it out to me the following day (maybe 2 days later). I would have to call back after not getting an update as expected (or promised in a few cases)and would be told it was not in their possession yet and repeat the above. Also was told 2 times that they got the stove and they were ready to ship to me when they found "damage" and had to send it back. They never once called with an update - always had to call to get an update. Finally after 3 months of empty promises/apologies I cancelled the order a couple weeks ago to go elsewhere. These guys are just not worth doing business with. Overall Rating

Do not give this company your credit card number I placed an order for a washer/dryer and after they could not give me a clear delivery promise date i Canceled. They credited my account. Three days later they withdrew the money from my account and told me it was not their fault they were in a dispute with their billing vendor and i would have to go thru the credit card company to get it back. They said many of their customers had this happen. Please do not buy from this company ou will be sorry. I had to cancel my card and I received an overdraft fee because of this. Overall Rating

This company is a SCAM, they're running a PONZI scheme & committing fraud by taking consumers money and promising to deliver merchandise which they don't have. They placed 2 duplicate charges on my account for $3708.99, never credited me & I never received merchandise. I had to dispute with my credit card company and get new cards issued because Home Everything has my account number and is continuing to place duplicate charges on my account without my knowledge. During the 60 days they had my money, they told me all sorts of lies like my appliance came to their warehouse severely damaged & I can see they're telling others the same lies based on reviews here. I'lll be escalating this to NY State Attorney General. I encourage others who experienced similar to do the same. They are running a Ponzi scheme like Madoff by holding onto peoples money for 30-60, then taking another 30 days to MAYBE give them a credit if you're lucky enough, or you need to dispute with your credit card company. They charged my credit card immediately, then never shipped the product. When I inquired about where my product was, they made up some story about how there was damage to one of the items when they went to load it on the truck. I asked to have the un damaged items shipped and that is when they cancelled my order entirely. STAY AWAY. This is a shady drop ship retailer that falsely advertises. Overall Rating

Home Everything is incredible. I found it by shopping on Sears' website...someone wrote a review of a product and noted that they found it cheaper on Home Everything's site. So, I checked it out and that person was entirely correct! I purchased two major appliances and saved hundreds of dollars, plus paid no sales tax (saving 8% more) and no shipping. I am so glad I found this site. My customer service person, Steven, was fabulous. I first called to ask a question about one of the appliances. He answered it promptly. I then called back a few minutes later when I had figured out my complete order. Steven was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back next time I need an appliance - and I'll tell all my friends, too. Overall Rating

DO NOT BUY. Order placed on 9/4. It was supposed to be in stock but turned out to be on back order. A month later, on 10/4, I got a phone call from a customer representative that the item was finally in and it would ship within 7-10 days. That was not true. After a couple of weeks, I had to email/call multiple times to inquire about the status of our order. Within minutes after placing a review on Reseller ratings, Steven C from HE contacted us, promising the item would ship this week and asking to revise the review. Since we had not heard anything this week, I emailed Steven C to inquire again about the status of the order. He replied with a rude email and no info. Finally I managed to speak with Rich, a customer representative who confirmed that the item will indeed ship tomorrow. I hope so. I may revise my review after we receive the machine and everything else we paid for (delivery, installation and buyers protection), for which HE already charged our credit card. Overall Rating

I placed my order on 9/4/11 and was charged immediately. I was initially given a shipping date of 10/2/11 but have been getting the runaround ever since with conflicting answers from customer service about the item being backordered (despite being shown as in-stock on their website) and their company being 'very busy'. As each promised shipping date goes by I have to contact customer service again and each time they promise a new date that the order will ship. I am very concerned that this company is a scam and I may need to contact the attorney general's office to recover my money. I do not recommend doing business with this company no matter how good the deal looks on their website. Overall Rating

If they only used the resources spent on obtaining fraudulent 5-star ratings on customer service, maybe I could give them 2 stars instead of 1. Shame on you, HomeEverything. The only thing this company is good at is posting low low prices and dragging their feet into infinity when it comes to delivering. Oh, and if you want to cancel your order, be prepared for more assurances that your crap is on the way, only to be trapped again, sitting and waiting empty-handed. Don't order from these people. Steven W. gave me a better deal with a higher quality product than I would have gotten placing the order myself on line. I'm so glad I called and talked to a person rather than just using the computer. Steven was friendly and knew the better deal for my needs. Making such a high end purchase as a new washer and dryer was so much easier with him. I feel confident about my purchase and he wound up saving me more money. OMG, where do I begin. I ordered both a cooktop and a microwave on 8/29/2011 as they had the best price on the combined items. My credit card was charged immediately, which I am not used to happening... usually I'm charged by merchants when they ship an item. Their policy says it may take 7 - 14 days to get shipping confirmation, so when I didn't in 14, I filled out an email tracking form. They responded that an item was backordered. Another two weeks went by, and I called. The CS rep told me it'll ship next week, as I think he wanted to get me off the phone. Then another 14 days, another call, and I was told that there was a problem getting the microwave. So I canceled that part of the order, and waited a week expecting to see a credit for that item. Still nothing... Now, I'm pissed so I call the credit card cs, and file a dispute. They credit me, so I call HE and cancel the entire order. So after 6 weeks with HE, I had nothing. Overall Rating
