This 2.5-inch hard drive offers 73GB of storage and 15K RPM spindle speed ideal for high-end, mission-critical applications residing on database servers, storage arrays, and NAS and SAN systems. Seventy percent smaller than conventional 3.5-inch enterprise drives, a greater number of 2.5-inch SAS drives can be installed in the same space, resulting in improved input-output (I/O) performance.
