It uses CDMA EVDO Rev A technology that provides data speeds of up to 3.1 Mbps with average live network downlink rates in range of 600-800 Kbps. To achieve these speeds the network must support EVDO Rev A technology. This card is backwardly compatible with EVDO Rev 0 cellular network which provides maximum 2.4 Mbps forward EVDO Burst and an average live network downlink rates in the rage of 300-500 Kbps.
