Sent email to Shipped-Rite on 2/12/2010 inquiring about status of order, and have received no response from them. It is now 2/19/2010, and I have not received the software that I purchased. (PriceGrabber thought I should have received it no later than 2/11/2010.) Will now request refund from Shipped-Rite (what an ironic name!), and will see about filing a claim with PriceGrabber. Buyer beware! PriceGrabber should get rid of this Storefront merchant.	Overall Rating

It was ordered 1/30 and today is 2/16 and no software..Why the delay? I am very disappointed with the service and the slow customer service response as to what the problem is or an answer to why the delay. Two weeks for USPS first class shipping is a very long time! It just states that something was created but isn't in their systems. It is now the 6th of February and I haven't heard anything from the seller at all. Price Grabber why do you allow such unprofessionalism amoung your merchants I am not sure. It should not take me over 2 weeks to receive a computer disk even using media mail which I often use. I am calling my credit card company to do a refund because this is ridiculous. According to Price Grabber email to me I should've already received my product or at least had some form of communication from the merchant. This is completely unacceptable.	Overall Rating

It's Dec. 19th and I'm still without it. It should been here in a few days! There's no number to call , the tracking info was worthless I finally found a number on my Visa statement , the shipper told me to wait another 48 hours and to call him back!
