Numerous emails, no help. Am inconvenienced had to borrow a CRT to prove the item defective - have to use lunch 1/2 hr to send back. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! andovercg's Response: We sent her a working monitor. It came back working. We tried to explain to her how to set up a monitor on her computer to no avail.
