Two minutes later, I called and sent an email to the company to cancel my order. They didn't cancel my order as requested, and proceeded to ship it to the wrong address even though I sent them an email confirmation with the correct address. They claim they have no responsibility. My order online went through with no problems and it was shipped out promptly. It was at my house within days. I was a little skeptical at first b/c I had never heard of them, but thought I would give them a try anyway....glad I did!!! I placed my order with them b/c they had the best price on the HRM I bought and I compared them with every website I could find. The watch and transmitter work beautifully and I couldn't be happier.
