I received no responses to 3 e-mails about the shipping status of my iPod case but seller credited purchase price after two weeks without explanation. I waited three weeks for this purchase. After placeing the order and paying for it through paypal it took several days for the seller to say that it was not in stock and then it was to late to buy it before Christmas. It looked identical to the original that came with the phone. The only discernible difference was the original was made in Japan and the one I received was made in China.
