Seller refuses to acknowledge my purchase even though I provided the transaction number, date of purchase and verified their contact information along with my name, address, zip and email. They only say they cannot find it in their system. Never once did they say they would make it right, even though the item is more than a week late in arriving and shipping from one city away. Then the supervisor told me to speak with another customer service rep whom he should have authority over in the first place. If a supervisor can't make it right, I am not sure how they think a customer service rep can help? All this over a $11.99 purchase. They only offered to try to reach PriceGrabber after I explained they should take an active role in researching what the problem between them and PriceGrabber records show. The supervisor only finished with insisting that I still call and speak to a service rep in the morning. I am not holding my breath and where is the customer service anyway?	Overall Rating
