Seller Won't confirm the model number and keep the running around, Next time don't sell what you don't have. Update today Jan. 11, 2011 seller insist on shipping a different model number even though I filled a Paypal claim. Learned my lesson never buy from USA Sales, buyer beware. I got my order today Jan. 13, 2011, and it's the wrong item, If i activate this hub I have to pay taxes and fees every month instead of the version that was offered for sale. Watch for fraud, this seller need rating of below 0 USA Sales's Response: Azzana is a fraudulent buyer. Order was placed on 12/30 of a holiday weekend. Model number was confirmed 12/30. Item shipped on the 2nd business day. Buyer blames seller for UPS holiday schedule and UPS coast to coast transit time. The fee and tax buyer speaks of is FCC for the service provider, not for the hub. Exactly what buyer purchased was delivered. Reporting buyer to proper authorities. I ordered a NEW iphone and received a scratched, USED iphone. I requested an RMA and wanted my money back; after I shippped the phone, I was told I couldn't get my money back, only another iPhone; I said fine, but I rated them and their return policy. They held my order until I changed my rating to a 5. Then I changed my order and they were slow to respond. When the iphone finally arrived, it came in red bubble wrap; no box, no manual, but it did come with a car charger and the phone does work (hence, the 2 rating). I learned my lesson and won't be buying from USA Sales ever again. In fact, I am a bit apprehensive about buying on line ever again. USA Sales's Response: No. Buyer wanted to return iphone because buyer could not get the camera to work and wanted to return for exchange. RMA was immediately issued. A Brand New replacement, Direct from Apple, (nine days off the assembly line), was shipped to buyer. Apple does not provide retail packaging on their Brand New iPhone replacements. Red bubble wrap is non-electro static packaging. (Duh).	Overall Rating

USA Sales's Response: No. The phones were Brand New. Buyer kuanzheng ordered the phones w/ JailBreak Installed. To install JailBreak, the phone Retail Box MUST first be Opened, the phone Charged, the phone Synced, and then install the software into the phone. This was explained to buyer kuanzheng. However, kuanzheng cannot understand this as the buyers mastery of English is significantly limited. Phones were new, have the serial numbers to prove.	Overall Rating
