The packing was terrible, but both players worked OK. Bottom line - ordering was easy. Reciept was reasonably fast. Communication was poor. Packaging was very poor. On November 19th I emailed the seller to ask if the order had been processed and would be shipped. I promptly received a message saying "YES I GOT IT AND I WILL MAIL IT."
