I needed the ink cartridges for tradeshow materials and had to order overnight shipping from another vendor. This vendor refused to discount or give me my money back on the flubbed order. Summa Goods's Response: Spam Filter caught the order and we didn't see it until the customer called. Customer still wanted the order shipped which is why no refund was given. If the order wasn't already shipped we would have refunded 100% no problem. You cant get a free order. Please be honest. We are sorry for any delay that has occurred as an error on our part. It seemed as if someone grabbed the cartridge off the shelf and threw it in a UPS box with no concern of possible damage. The box inside the box was damaged as well. The delivery man commented on how poorly the item was packaged. Fortunately, the cartridge was ok. I will not purchase from this seller again. Summa Goods's Response: Shipping was via UPS Ground as requested. If the package was damaged, UPS would comment on what they did to the box? This is the first we heard of this.
