They sent me the wrong memory card so I was instructed to return an Extreme III CF card so that they could send me the Extreme III SD card that I ordered. I paid the postage which was only $1.17 and then I waited. Well I emailed them after 7days to make sure they recieved the product. No response. Three days later I recieved the correct card. Their price was worth the inconvience and more importantly they rectified the situation immediately.	Overall Rating

I was never notified about the misshipment and had to e-mail them to find out what happened. I was then told that although the shipping error was there fault I would have to pay for reshippment. I asked for a refund because the whole process from order to refund request took 30 days. ThePPCMall's Response: Actually, you gave us an incorrect address and had an unconfirmed paypal address on file. We take no responsibility for misshipments to unconfirmed paypal addresses. This is why you had to pay for it. We ended up issuing a refund and we lost over $8 shipping to an incorrect address. The process could have been completed sooner than 30 days HAD YOU CONTACTED US SOONER THAN 30 DAYS.	Overall Rating

Thanks to "PPCMALL" I’ll Never Shop on Pricegrabber store fronts again. People like PPCMall are like hungry sharks who are just trying to take advantage of good people trying to get a good deal !! ThePPCMall's Response: Customer ordered a headset which isnt compatible with his phone. We do not take responsibility for lack or research on the consumers part, and for this reason, we have decided not to sell the H700 anymore, because too many people don't know if it's compatible with their phone, and when it isnt, they blame it on us, when they can get the updated version via their warranty. It looked like a Motorola H700 on the outside, but it just wasn't a genuine one inside. Even the instructions that came with it were wrong. I felt totally ripped off. It shipped in a package with no invoice and an "incorrect" return mail address and company name. This seller appears to own so many different company names that you never know what you are getting and where it's coming from. Even bad ratings will not hurt him because he has so many other company names, websites, etc to sell this junk through. ThePPCMall's Response: Wow, are you an author? Because you just wrote up a very interesting fictional story. You know, usually, when people have problems, they email customer support, so they can get everything fixed. You, on the other hand, don't contact us at all, and just immediately post a negative feedback. I have a question for you. Did you open the item up to see that it wasn't genuine inside? Did you compare the instructions in the box we gave you, to those of a headset that worked well?Sellers beware.	Overall Rating

Lots of extra work and money which could have been avoided with a proper description from the beginning. ThePPCMall's Response: Pricegrabber doesnt allow custom descriptions. All information is already on the website. Before buying an expensive item, we reccomend looking at the compatibility list for that product.
