They provided me a UPS tracking number which was non-existent. I've left several messages via email and phone to call me back; however no one has returned my calls or emails. Subsequently, I needed to cancel the order via my credit card company. Personally, I'd stay FAR AWAY from this vendor. That being said, your storefront gives the appearance that this is a bonafide dealer for the products, and yet, further communications reveals they're more of an eBay seller and not authorized by manufacturers which nulifies warranties. I don't see how that could be when it's the same as my credit card and same on Amazon. Anyhow the package went all around the country before I got it.
