It is now 1/7/10 and I have as yet not recieved product with only one e-mail from company telling me item was on back order when clearly during the purchase I was again assured this item was available. I attend to contact the BBB, all Attorney Generals in all states involved and am prepared to have my lawyer file a class action suit for fraudulent internet activity if the situation is not corrected immediately! This can be done by overnight delivery of the item I have already paid for or full refund if my puchase amount. DO NOT be complacent!
