Also, it was over 100 pages, which is quite an expense to print out. I bought it to transfer my VCR tapes to DVD and so far I am zero for three. The unit was repaired but I had to pay an extra $16 for repair shipping. Wegotbetterdeals was unresponsive to a request for a shipping charge credit. Bottom line: it cost me an extra $16, lots of hassle, and 45 days before I finally had a working unit. Avoid Wegotbetterdeals in favor of a vendor that cares about its customers. Wegotbetterdeals's Response: Here is the email we received from this extortionist. And she wonders why we choose not to help.
