QuickShip USA's Response: Elaine, We received your order at 10pm on 10/23 and promptly mailed it out when the post office opened in the morning. Your tracking number shows it was delivered in 1 business day. We are currently charged an 8.5 percent transaction handling fee by PriceGrabber plus another 3 percent by PayPal (11.5% of total transaction) to handle the monetary transactions securely. However, as with other comments in the past the shipping I feel was a bit exhorbitant. The post office charged $14.00 I was charged $85.00. In your past response to other customers you justified this by saying it was packaged in another container as well as bubble wrapped and you had to stand in line. That still does not justify the difference in the amount. Otherwise I was very happy with the service provided. The item was for my grand-daughter's birthday, so it has not been used as yet, hopefully I will not be disappointed on that score. Thank You QuickShip USA's Response: Mr. Harris, US Mail tracking (2307 2390 0000 1935 7094) shows it shipped out 3/11 - same day as you placed your order, with first delivery attempt 3/13. Our S&H fee covers the Handling fees charged by PriceGrabber ($29 in your case) to direct you to us, PayPal's fee for Handling the transaction ($12 for yours), as well our time and gas spent tracking down a Wii, packaging it, and time and money spent at the post office.
