Although it arrived with multiple chips in the paint, it has obviously been used and dropped/damaged (or someone chipped the paint off some other way). I used to own this same mp3 player a few years ago, (I bought it new) and it definitely does NOT come with the paint chipped.. -Dishonest advertisement.... I have repeatedly tried to contact the seller and l get no response. I am currently in contact with my credit card company to get a full refund from seller. I would warn anyone not to purchase anything from this seller. All you get is the wrong product and no way to make contact. E-mail doesn't work and no other contact info. Buyer beware!!!! CYBER_WORLDS's Response: I refunded your money on NOVEMBER 30th, (before I received the item back!)and I apologized for our mistake. please check your paypal account before making accusations! Did receive a email notify me that the purchase was on its way. Didn't receive anything yet. It been over thirty days. Did try and contact them with no headway. Had to contact paypal to see what they can do. Watch out there only concern is the cash or credit of the transaction. There quick to take the money. But don't have any information if the item has shipped or not. Go figure! Between the two in this transaction nobody wants to own up to the lack of communication. Of where the device. I ordered a camcorder a month and a half ago with promises that it would come, and that they would give me money back, but that it ran out of stock, and they would let me know whats up with the order, and when they will get more.
