I hear that is not the first time for him to do that. When I received the email from pricegrabber about my purchase (next day) I saw the mistake and called him immediately. He didn't accept it, get mad with attitude with me and said that the mistake what from pricegrabber not from him. Also, He didn't return all my money complete. BE CAREFUL, I don't recommend him. Then I was sent an email from US Postal giving me a shipping number. I waited 8 days never received the item. When I contacted Price grabber, seller was unable to ship. I think it is bull! The absence was not clear in the online description of the article (but showed up in the user manual). It meant the article had to be returned... costing additional shipping, the original shipping charge which had been "free," and a 25% restocking fee. It Was NOT NEW. What I recieved was not the same brand or model number but a gernric for IDE drives worth less than half of what I paid. It was a total false advertisement that has tied up my money and a goodly amount of time and long distance phone calls for the last two weeks. Very Disappointed! It was defective and I had to send it back at my own expense. The new one that was sent to me is also defective (will not play DVD's without making a noise). It was built in 2008 when I purchased the unit in July of 2009. I am still waiting from a reply to justify this problem. Note: I need a new one shipped back to my old address (Kent Coffman_3733 SE 49th Ave._Portland, OR. Thank You _ deedamon Nohas_Little_Shop's Response: You should have refused the shipment because obviously it was damaged during shipping. You still can call UPS at 1-800 742-5877, use the tracking number and claim the damage. Please do so, and we will follow up on it. You should have contacted us before leaving the negative feedback.
