Second it is near impossible to get anyone on a phone because they don't give you a number to call for customer service. Then when you reverse directory the name of the company it is like they don't exists or it is someone working out of the basement. We actually put in our comment section that if this product was on back order to notify us ASAP and we left our office number fax number and my cell # but never received a call.	Overall Rating
