Waited for delivery then got an email from PayPal that I'd received a refund. Meanwhile I could have ordered from another seller if I'd known t was unavailable. Now it's out of stock. This seller should be up front about availabilty at time of ordering. Bad way to do business and I wouldn't recommend them. BigaDealz's Response: Buyer was notified that item is in back order. A representative did call me and ask for details, he could not figure it out. I cancelled the order and reordered from OverStock.com. Order cancelled and shipment not received. I was left a difficult to understand message informing me of this. When I called back, I was offered 2 different models instead. I declined both and asked for a refund instead. "Right away," I was kindly informed. My credit card was never credited and a week later I received the alternative product I didn't want. Nothing good about the transaction except I'm hoping they'll send me a new, working electronic dictionary. I sent back the bad one but haven't heard that it's been received: more hassle!
