I looked the company up online to get their contact information and found that one of the blogs devoted to computer info had many entries by people who have been cheated by them. I am out about $82.00. One of the others who were cheated checked with the BBB after not getting any response to many calls after returning the cartridges at their own expense. The BBB gave them the worst rating. It might be good to check these companies out before putting them on your site. I don't know that I'd use your site to find good values anymore. Ellie Egan FreedomInk's Response: I have not been contacted by this customer, so I don't know what the problem was. All cartridges are covered by a warranty. I will treat them fairly as I have done with all my customers for over twenty years. It is really unfair to give a vendor a negative rating with no communication.	Overall Rating

frankduffy32 from WI Rating type: Seller Rating Transaction No: 1553266 View Member's: Reviews	I had two orders from this seller. one for two HP95 ink cartridges and the other for two HP99. the purshasing process was easy and shipping was quick. the problem is with the cartridges. they are 3rd party and the printer doesn't always allow you to bypass the pop up window and print. It takes a few attempts. the print quality isn't as good as the oem cartrides. The second set of cartridges leaked out in the package. At first I though it leaked out of the print head, because the cover wasn't sealed. But after closer review it leaked out the top.	Overall Rating

Seller was immediately willing to exchange when I reported this. Am using one from the replacement set, which is working just fine, and won't know about the other until later.
