There was scotch tape on the box to keep the box closed and the screen did not work when I turned it on. I immediately contacted Memory Outlet about this issue and they responded with a email requesting the the serial number, product ID etc which they already had. I sent another email and they sent me a 4 word email "call garmin for service". They provided no assistance with this product even though I requested to return the unit which they never responded with a Material Return request. I will never do business with them again.
